1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DealCoach AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. The Service is provided by DealCoach AI.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans (including Individual Pro and Team Pro) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Where a free trial is offered, billing begins after the trial period ends unless you cancel beforehand. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or change of mind. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then. Cancelling does not retroactively refund charges already billed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Upload or transmit content that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service provides AI-generated coaching, scripts, analyses, and recommendations. This content is advisory in nature and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it in a live sales situation. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by DealCoach AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealCoach AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
